3 Position Hurdle/Notched Cones can be used as a large soccer cone in your practices or training to mark your field or dribble around, but the 3 position cones can also dual as a speed & agility training component when used with our 30" Hurdle Pole.

When used with a hurdle pole, you have 3 available hurdle height options allowing a variety of agility/quickness drills & patterns to be created and used developing quicker feet.
