Shipping & Deliveries

 

Shipping:

 

  • Your shipping address must be in the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Flat Rate Shipping does not include heavy items such as Pevo Goals, Select Premier Line Goals, MVP Team Shelters, Skills King, Rubber Bases, Weighted Vests and Ball Cart BC-20.
  • Excluded all returns or exchanges on shipping
  • Not valid with promo codes or sale items
  • Flat Rate Shipping is available via ground shipping only and for online orders only.
  • Ground shipping is 3-7 days depending on the distance from our Dallas, TX headquarters and within the continental United States.
  • Most orders will ship same day when ordered before 12pm CT.*
  • Flat Rate Shipping EXCLUDED on PEVO Goal Line Items. Call for Shipping Estimates. 

 PROMO CODES ARE NOT VALID ON DAILY DEAL ITEMS.

*Orders may be delayed on shipping when there is an item out of stock until we contact you and see if you'd like an alternative, refund or keep on backorder. If the order is very important to arrive at a certain time, please let us know in the order comments or give us a call at 877-757-9255. Please select a faster shipping method if you need product by a certain time. Some orders may take 1 business day to process due to container delivery or short handed due to team members at conventions/under the weather. 

**Orders placed on Friday after 12pm CT - Sunday will be processed and shipped Monday.  

Payment:

 

  • Online orders may be paid through PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Amazon Pay
  • Shipping, handling, and insurance and tax (if applicable) will be added after the Checkout process is complete.
  • Sales tax will be added for Texas residents only.
  • 50% deposit is required on Team Shelter orders being paid by booster club check. You will be notified if a deposit is required.

 

Pricing:

 

Our consumer catalog is primarily intended for use by universities, high school and middle schools, soccer leagues and clubs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory is based on availability.

 

Open Accounts:

 

Soccer Innovations makes available terms for qualifying Ecommerce and Retail stores, please contact us for information on how to get set up. We also service Soccer Clubs and other organizations. An account information form is available to establish credit. Please obtain the form by calling Soccer Innovations at 877-757-9255 or email sales@soccerinnovations.com.

 

Purchase Orders:

 

We accept purchase orders from bona fide organizations. Fax your P.O. to 877-329-5617 or email sales@soccerinnovations.com.

 

Security:

 

We take data security very seriously. We use robust encryption and firewall technologies including 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to process credit card details. We will never release card information to anybody outside our organization other than to process the order and check for fraud, credit and security.

Receiving Items by Truck Terms and Instructions:

 

IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS DELIVERY, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARRIERS REPRESENTATIVE, YOU SHALL PHYSICALLY INSPECT THE ORDERED PRODUCTS FOR ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE AND CONDUCT A COUNT OF THE PIECES AND/OR PALLETS DELIVERED. If you detect any visibly damaged item or and/or if any item you have paid for is omitted from the shipment (severally and jointly Visible Damage) you must note such damage and/or omission on the carriers bill of lading and report such damage to the Company’s claims department at sales@soccerinnovations.com within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Note that unless you have done so, your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the product has been delivered in GOOD CONDITION thus relieving the carrier from any liability for the damage and/or omission and leaving you without legal recourse against the carrier and/or the Company.

 

In the event that any item of the shipment is received in a different condition than the condition said item was in when collected from the Company or its designated agent by the carrier who delivered your order (Concealed Damage), you must report such Concealed Damage to the Company’s claims department at sales@soccerinnovations.com within 3 days from receipt of shipment. Failure to report such damage within said period shall void your rights to return such damaged item(s) and the Company shall not be liable to you in any manner in connection with such damaged item(s). In order to remove any doubt, Visible Damages and Concealed Damages are not Factory Damages as defined hereunder and are not covered by the warranty detailed hereunder. Your sole recourse in the event that your order has sustained Visible Damage or Concealed Damage is against the carrier who delivered your order.
