We are looking to fill our Customer Success Rep (CSR) position as we have promoted the current person in this position.
We are a Christian family business located in Farmers Branch/North Dallas that has been in business for 20+ years. We are interested in someone who is a good fit in our company culture, energetic is a plus, has reliable transportation, has no problem working M-F 8-5pm, knows how to get things done, can speak well on the phone, is ok with dogs in the office, great at multi-tasking and works well with others.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Provide accurate information about products and pricing
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Order & Account Management
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Update and maintain customer accounts
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates
- Assist customers with billing questions or payment issues
Problem Solving & Retention
- De-escalate frustrated customers and find workable solutions
- Offer alternatives, replacements when appropriate
Process orders from Third Party Vendors (Communicate any issues with Vendors, ex: backorders, price changes) from received to invoicing.
Inventory upkeep on Amazon and Wal-Mart
Updating Amazon store with product pages and pics
Update website with accurate information (out of/back in stock, pricing, new pics) Contact customers with past due invoices.
Creating customer mock ups for flags, goals, MVPs and balls Customize products (balls, flags, bibs)
Order larger custom products (goals/MVPs) by sending POs to the appropriate vendor
Help out in the warehouse when extra hands are needed. (Putting nets on frames, restocking inventory, pulling inventory for walk-ins)
Unload freight containers when they arrive.
Submit bids for ISDs and Coops so they can purchase from us. Keeping track of when bids start/ expire in a spreadsheet.
B2B Quotes and sending quotes in Acumatica
Affiliate Program (checking that codes are being used appropriately and not with an extra coupon attached, sending payouts when affiliates request it.
Traveling to work trade shows as of now, 2x/yr. (United Soccer Coaches Convention & TASCO).
