Who do I contact if a problem occurs while placing my order?

You can contact us directly for any issue at (972) 353-0180 or 877-757-9255 during our business hours, Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm, one of our employees will speak to you directly to help to resolve the problem that you are having. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call and we will get you some answers.

Payments/ Returns or Damaged items/ Tracking & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

Online orders may be paid through PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Amazon Pay. Shipping, handling, insurance and tax (if applicable) will be added after the Checkout process is complete.

Sales tax will be added for Texas residents only.

 

Can I return an item that has been customized?

We do not accept returns on custom items.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

When order is placed it takes us 1-2 business days to ship out the order. After that it is transit time from Dallas, TX to your destination. This varies depending on your location. The border states to Texas transit time is 1-2 business days for shipping opposed to states that are far north west or east. 

Example: you place an order Monday through our website, order will ship out Tuesday. If you are in Oklahoma you should receive your order Thursday the latest. But if you live in New York and place the order Monday, it will ship out Tuesday and could take up to 5-7 business days on transit time. Could receive it the next following week Thursday. 

 

How can I track my order?

Orders placed directly from our website will have an auto-mated tracking number entered once the label has been printed and placed on the package. Email will be sent directly to you for updates on your order. 

You can also call to check the status of your order in your online account or email us. 

 

What to do If I receive damaged items?

IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS DELIVERY, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARRIERS REPRESENTATIVE, YOU SHALL PHYSICALLY INSPECT THE ORDERED PRODUCTS FOR ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE AND CONDUCT A COUNT OF THE PIECES AND/OR PALLETS DELIVERED. If you detect any visibly damaged item or and/or if any item you have paid for is omitted from the shipment (severally and jointly Visible Damage) you must note such damage and/or omission on the carriers bill of lading and report such damage to the Company’s claims department at sales@soccerinnovations.com within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Note that unless you have done so, your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the product has been delivered in GOOD CONDITION thus relieving the carrier from any liability for the damage and/or omission and leaving you without legal recourse against the carrier and/or the Company.

In the event that any item of the shipment is received in a different condition than the condition said item was in when collected from the Company or its designated agent by the carrier who delivered your order (Concealed Damage), you must report such Concealed Damage to the Company’s claims department at sales@soccerinnovations.com within 3 days from receipt of shipment. Failure to report such damage within said period shall void your rights to return such damaged item(s) and the Company shall not be liable to you in any manner in connection with such damaged item(s). In order to remove any doubt, Visible Damages and Concealed Damages are not Factory Damages as defined hereunder and are not covered by the warranty detailed hereunder. Your sole recourse in the event that your order has sustained Visible Damage or Concealed Damage is against the carrier who delivered your order.

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped out you will receive an email pertaining to your shipped items.

Do you accept International orders?

How long is the wait for custom items?

Varies with product. 

Soccer balls 2-4 weeks

Custom MVP shelters 4-6 weeks, depending on final approvals and stock availability.

Custom flags 2-4 weeks

Custom scarves 3-6 weeks ; varies depending on seasonality demand

Custom player Jersey 1-2 weeks depending on stock availability and artwork approvals. 

Custom soccer nets 2-6 weeks 

 

Is there a minimum requirement in custom orders? (MOQ)

Yes, soccer balls 20+ MOQ

Scarves MOQ 35 

Custom Flags MOQ 4 flags 

 

Is there an additional cost for you to print our logos?

Yes. Cost depends on size and product that is being customized. 

 

Can I place orders over the phone?

We do accept orders over the phone, feel free to call our toll-free number 877-329-5617 or our local number.

 

Am I able to make purchase orders?

We accept purchase orders from bona fide organizations. Fax your P.O. to 877-329-5617 or email sales@soccerinnovations.com.

 

I see an item I’d like but it is out of stock, how long before it is back in stock?

There are times that our inventory levels will be incorrect or we ran out just before your order was received. If this happens, we will contact you as quickly as possible to notify you of the back order at which time you can agree to keep it your order on backorder or, we will happily issue a refund or offer a like kind item, if available. We can then let you know over the phone when we will be back in stock.
