2. Remove pressure fitted spike to use as a turf pole with 25mm/1" turf base.

3. Remove spike from spring and screw into pole bottom for a traditional speed pole without spring

When you are done using the poles, unscrew the spike end and store the spike inside the spring fitting to safely transport your poles and reduce holes in bags due to spikes tearing through the ends.
